The Custom Pace Yellow Jerseys are no longer available because we found that the Yellow Ink in the Jersey would fade after heated to temperatures required for the sublimation in the customization process.

This year we are using a new improved PACE Material called KoolKnit, the next generation of fabrics for the performance cyclist. Koolknit is chemically treated 100% polyester with extreme wicking properties. Its hydrophilic / hydrophobic attributes drive the moisture transfer process to remove perspiration from the skin to the surface of the fabric where it evaporates into the atmosphere keeping the body cool and comfortable. Compared to prior PACE Jerseys, these new Jerseys have a much softer texture. In addition, these Jerseys have a long zipper.

We do not offer any other brand than PACE for the Custom Jerseys because the cost of the other brand Jerseys is too high. One of the big problems with these Custom Jerseys is that there are problems from time to time applying the transfers which means we have to discard the Jersey. With the much more expensive Jerseys from the other manufacturers, the price of the Custom Jerseys would be too high especially when you factor in those Jerseys that we have to scrap.

Yes, however you must assume all of the risks associated with the production of the Jersey. We will do our best to produce a good Jersey for you but if there are problems in the transfer process, we will return the problem Jersey to you and then you may need to buy another Jersey in order to have another one manufactured. We can not be held responsible for these other brand Jerseys because they are different material with different emblems or designs on them thereby complicating the customization process. If you really want to do this, the cost will be $40 since it requires special handling. Fill out the Order Form and Customization Form as you normally would, then send the Jersey, Forms, and Check to Chuck as listed on the Order Form. Also, include a written note indicating that you understand that you will not hold us responsible in the event of a problem.

We are also offering California Triple Crown cycling Jerseys manufactured for us by Voler Team Apparel. These are high-quality, fully sublimated, 5 Color Jerseys. These are not customized with the names of the Double Centuries that you completed that year. These Jerseys are not dated by year and so are appropriate for anyone who has ever completed the California Triple Crown by completing at least 3 Double Centuries in the Series in a year.

The Voler Jersey has brilliant Red, White, and Blue Colors around the Big Tough Brown Bear. This Jersey has tons of style. A striking Blue to Red fade accents the bottom of the front and back. These Jerseys are made with the Prosensor fabric which costs more but provides major advantages. Prosensor gets rid of the sweat that accumulates during demanding, action-packed sports like a good Double Century!! Prosensor operates on principles of nature such as the ciruclation of blood in the capillary vessels and the way trees moisturize tiny branches and leaves. Prosensor's unique multi-layer structure whisks sweat rapidly to the fabric's outer surface. Once there, the dispersed sweat quickly "evaporizes" away. As the inner layer remains sweat-free and the sweat moves outward, the fabric feels fresh and comfortable to the skin, no matter how strenuous the bike ride (with the possible exception of the Terrible Two and Devil Mountain Double). It truly is a comfortable material.

Size XS covers a Chest of 30-32 and a Waist of 24-26. Size 3XL which covers a Chest of 54-56 and a Waist of 48-50. If you would like one of these, send in your order and I will try to order it in the next batch or I'll return your check.

We need to be able to sell the design for multiple years. If we added the year to it, we wouldn't be able to sell / buy as many and the Jersey price would increase.

If you reheat the jersey, inks can bleed. Voler has not seen Heat Transfers applied successfully to their jerseys without damage to the sublimation.
